The purpose of the program is to:
provide diapers to households with children aged 17 years or younger and at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level.
provide adult diapers to households with recipients 18 years or older and are less than or equal to 200% Federal Poverty Level.
The family must qualify as low income (200% FPL) or receive services from an assistance program such as SNAP, DHHS, Weatherization, Housing assistance or SSI.
