USDA Foods or CSFP (Commodity Supplemental Food Program of Michigan)

Our Purpose

CSFP helps improve the health of the income eligible participants. USDA boxes are distributed once a month to allow participants to stretch their food dollars further by supplementing their diets with a variety of foods, such as; shelf-stable milk, juice, cereals, rice, pasta, peanut butter, dry beans, meat/poultry/fish, and canned fruits and vegetables.

Eligibility

60 years or older and reside in Alger or Marquette County.
Income at or below 130% of the poverty level.
Applicant must provide proof of age and address.
